The Shark Pit is surrounded by 1500 surfboards, a 5,600 Gallon Shark and Exotic Fish Aquarium with LIVE fish feedings every Saturday at 11AM, and the serene sound of a 4o Foot Water Wall. The Shark Pit Bar & Grill, from its name to the décor of the restaurant, is seeped in local history. It is named for the infamous local surfing spot, Shark Pit. And to cater to our surfing culture, the Shark Pit opens daily at 7am for the Dawn Patrol menu, named affectionately for the slang term surfer’s use for “surfing first light.”
The Shark Pit has something for everyone in the family.  Kids can enjoy waiting for their food as they watch our talented chef tossing their pizza high into the air before it goes into our Stone Bake Oven.
It is clear that from start to finish the Shark Pit has something to keep everyone in the family entertained through the meal. And with daily Happy Hour from 5-7, the Shark Pit provides everyone the chance to relax and save some money and it's only a few steps from your elevator!

Named after the long time East-Coast big wave surf spot. The Shark Pit surf spot inherited its infamous name from its frequent shark sightings. Certainly the best beach break for large northern swells... it continues to be one of the areas most mysterious surf spots, due to its closely guarded secret location. Rarely photographed, Shark Pit remains one of Florida’s best & enduring breaks.
